3 cups of vodka

Peel the pineapples, remove the tough center and cut the fruit into triangular pieces
Place the water and sugar in a pot
Bring to a boil and let it simmer
If there is foam on the surface, remove with a spoon
Turn off the heat and add the pineapple chunks immediately
Let it cool
Add the vodka
Refrigerate for 30 minutes
Pack into sterilized jars, each jar containing one cinnamon stick
The fruit should be completely covered with the liquid
Close the jars tightly
After two or three weeks, the fruit will be at the ideal point
In the meantime, check to verify if the fruit is covered with the liquid and if it's lacking, add a bit more vodka
Yield: 2 jars of 1 liter
