Add the spinach, carrot, celery, and onion and let it fry until they're tender
Add the rice and mix well
Gradually add the chicken broth, stirring constantly until the rice is cooked to your liking
Check the seasoning, add the remaining butter, mix well, and serve with Parmesan cheese
