Chop the spinach stems into small pieces
Fry the garlic and spinach in the olive oil or vegetable oil for about 10 minutes
Add the rice and stir-fry, always mixing, for 5 minutes
Join the boiling water
Mix well
Let it simmer
Reduce the heat, cover the pan, and cook until the rice is cooked and fluffy
