Gently grease 2 baking sheets
In a bowl combine rapid mix and sugar
Mix well
In a small bowl whisk together milk or water with egg and extract
Add to dry ingredients and mix well
Use a spoon to shape mounds on prepared baking sheets
Bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly golden
Yield 30-36 biscuits.
