1 1/2 kg of manioc flour
1/2 kg of refined sugar
3 grated coconuts and 1 coconut water
250 g of butter
4 eggs
1 pinch of salt
cinnamon to taste
To make the coconut milk, heat the grated coconut and coconut water over low heat until well combined
Then, place that mixture on a cloth and squeeze out a thick milk
In a saucepan, mix together the sugar and manioc flour
Add the coconut milk and knead thoroughly
Add 2 eggs (if needed, add the remaining two as well), butter, and finally add salt and cinnamon to taste
Knead in parts; if desired, use a rolling pin, as the dough is firm
Shape into balls and bake in a lightly greased baking dish in a moderate oven (180°C) preheated for about 20 minutes
Let it cool for more or less 20 days
