Preheat the oven to 180°C
Mix in a blender the yeast, baking aid, cream, eggs, salt, vanilla extract, and water
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and combine with flour, kneading until it's homogeneous
Divide the dough into 20 portions and cover them with a cloth
Let it rest until it doubles in volume
Open each portion into a rectangle, fill with cheese and guava, and close, shaping like a sweet filling cake
Arrange them on a greased baking sheet, brush with egg yolk
Let it rest until it doubles in volume again
Bake until golden brown
