4 cups of shortbread-like crackers, blended (2 packs of 200g each)
2 cups of shredded coconut
1 can of condensed milk
1/4 cup of orange juice
a pinch of powdered sugar to dust

In a large bowl, mix the blended crackers and coconut
Add the condensed milk and orange juice
Mix well
Shape into balls and dust with powdered sugar
Make approximately 82 balls
Note: these balls can be made several weeks in advance and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator
They can also be used with coconut or chocolate flavored crackers.
