To make the potato balls, cut raw potatoes into small pieces with a 'vegetable corer' (for vegetables and butter)
Boil until tender in salty water
Mix the eggs, milk, and seasoning
Dip the potato balls into this mixture and then into pancake flour
Fry in plenty of fat until the fritters become golden.
