400 g of ground beef
1 pinch
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
1 minced garlic clove
1/3 cup of olive oil
1/2 package of green or white macaroni
250g of cherry tomatoes cut into same-sized pieces as almonds
150 g of stuffed olives, cut into slices
1 small sweet basil leaf, cut into pieces
for the dressing:
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of vinegar
salt to taste
1 dash of paprika
some drops of hot pepper sauce
1/4 cup of chopped green onion
400 g of ground beef
1 pinch
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
1 minced garlic clove
1/3 cup of olive oil
1/2 package of green or white macaroni
250g of cherry tomatoes cut into same-sized pieces as almonds
150 g of stuffed olives, cut into slices
1 small sweet basil leaf, cut into pieces
for the dressing:
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of vinegar
salt to taste
1 dash of paprika
some drops of hot pepper sauce
1/4 cup of chopped green onion
Mix the ground beef well with the pinch, letting it soak in water and being well-squeezed out
Add the egg, salt, pepper, and garlic
Make small meatballs
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs on all sides until they're nicely browned, then reserve
Cook the macaroni in plenty of boiling water with salt, as usual
Drain and rinse with cold water, let it cool and cut into 5 cm long pieces
Place the tomatoes, olives, sweet basil leaf, meatballs, and macaroni in a bowl
Make the dressing: mix the olive oil with vinegar, salt, paprika, hot pepper sauce, and chopped green onion
Pour over the ingredients in the bowl, mix, and let it rest to allow the flavors to meld together
Serve 4-6 portions.
