1 jar of coconut

Salt and bread crumbs to taste

Salt and bread crumbs to taste
Blend the coconut with 1 cup milk in a blender and set aside
In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic minced in a little oil
Then add the parsley sprigs
Once they're golden, add the coconut mixture, tomato sauce, and stir until smooth
Add the remaining milk and 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Mix well and add the remaining flour, stirring the dough until it falls apart from the pan
Let cool, remove the parsley, shape into balls
Dip in egg and bread crumbs and fry
Season to taste before serving.
