Cut the peas into small cubes and toast them in the oven
Pickle the onion and parsley well and let it cool slightly with butter
Add the peas
Mix the eggs with milk and join them to the previous mixture
Season with salt and finally add all-purpose flour
Shape medium-sized balls and let them cook in boiling water seasoned with salt for 10-15 minutes
It's great to experiment with a single fritter first
