In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients well
Fry half of the oil in a non-stick skillet with 24cm diameter at high heat
Transfer the beef mixture to the skillet, compressing it with a spoon to form a patty
Fry until the bottom is golden brown (about 5 minutes) and flip over onto a plate
Fry the remaining oil in the skillet at high heat and fry the beef cake again to brown the other side (about 5 minutes)
Remove from the heat and serve hot
