1/2 pound ground beef
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
3 tablespoons strong root
2 tablespoons salt
1/2 teaspoon mustard
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons ketchup
3 tablespoons fat
1/4 cup water
1/2 pound ground beef

Add the eggs to the ground beef
Combine the breadcrumbs, onion, and green pepper, and mix well
Join the strong root, salt, mustard, milk, and ketchup
Form a long loaf shape
Drench in fat in the same frying pan used for pressing
Brush the top of the meat with an additional tablespoon of ketchup
Let the frying pan cool slightly before adding water
Close the pan and cook for 15 minutes
Immediately release the pressure.
