Mold the walnuts with 4 egg whites
Beat the sugar with 5 egg yolks until it forms a fluffy mixture
Add the lime rind, 5 beaten egg whites, and all-purpose flour, mixing delicately
Grease two opening molds well
Divide the dough between the two molds
Bake in moderate temperature (170°F) for about 20 minutes
Let cool and fill
Filling: In a bowl, combine walnuts, sugar, and whipped cream; mix well
Spread over one layer of cake, cover with another
Brewing the glaze: Heat the coffee with 6 tablespoons of sugar and stir until it forms a syrupy consistency
Add the remaining sugar and milk, stirring until cooled; spread over the cake and garnish with walnut halves.
