Dough
2 eggs
2 cups (American) of milk
1 tablespoon of butter
1 chopped onion
2 cups (challa) of wheat flour
1/2 cup (challa) of grated cheese
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
Salt and black pepper to taste
Filling
1 cup (challa) of dried tomato
1 large raccoon
1 tablespoon of fresh thyme
Salt and black pepper to taste
Dough

Make the dough: put in a blender the egg, milk, butter, and chopped onion
Beat until it becomes homogeneous
Add the other ingredients and beat until the dough is smooth and uniform
Transfer to a bowl and reserve
Chop the dried tomato and raccoon
Add the thyme and season with salt, black pepper, and mix well
Mix delicately the filling with the dough and pour into a removable pan
Bake in a preheated medium oven until, when inserting a toothpick, it comes out dry.
