Prepare the gelatin by dissolving the contents of the package in boiling water
Mix well to dissolve all the powder
Combine the cold water and mix well until it's fully dissolved
Pour 1/3 of the prepared mixture into the mold and refrigerate until it starts to set
Arrange the strawberries, cover with the remaining gelatin and refrigerate until it becomes consistent
Whip the fresh cream with sugar to a meringue-like consistency. Reserve
Cut the mold in half and place one half on top of the set gelatin
Fill with whipped cream
Distribute the suspense on top
Place the other half of the mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes
Unmold and decorate.
