350 g of ripe bananas (about 6 bananas)

Mash the bananas well
Add the heavy cream
Heat over low heat
Cook stirring until the mixture is firm and dark
Add the lime zest and ginger
Let it cool slightly
Scoop into a piping bag and form mounds on a lined baking sheet
Allow to dry for one day
Melt the chocolate according to basic method
Dip each bomb in the melted chocolate using a fork to remove excess
Place on parchment paper, decorate with a small piece of glazed fruit, and let it dry
Let it sit for about 30 minutes
