Preheat the oven to a moderate temperature
Prepare the baking sheet with

Beat the egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form
Then, add the salt and vanilla extract

Add the flour and dark chocolate sifted together
Mix well, place in the baking sheet, and sprinkle the chopped nuts on top
Bake for 30 minutes or until the dough is loose from the sides of the baking sheet
Remove from the oven and let it cool
Cut into pieces and serve.
