10 ml of lemon juice

1 kg of beef
1 carrot
1 onion
1 stalk of leek
1 stalk of celery
2 sprigs of rosemary

In a cup, combine 10 ml of lemon juice, 4 drops of pepper sauce and 10 drops of Worcestershire sauce
Add 100 ml of previously prepared beef broth [recipe follows] and 50 ml of vodka
Finish with a pinch of salt and ice cubes
For the beef broth, bring to a boil a large pot with 3 liters of water, 1 kg of beef, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 stalk of leek, 1 stalk of celery, 2 sprigs of rosemary and salt to taste
Once the water boils, let it simmer for an hour
Turn off the heat
Strain through a fine-mesh sieve
Store in the refrigerator in a covered container and use whenever needed.
