Ingredients: 1 tablespoon of sugar; 5 strong and hot cups of coffee; 1 1/2 ounces of Irish whiskey, preferably; whipped cream

Directions

In a warmed wine glass, place the sugar and hot coffee

Mix well

Add the Irish whiskey and carefully pour the whipped cream over the back of a spoon, allowing it to float on top of the coffee

Note: To warm the wine glass, fill with hot water and then pour off.
