24 medium shrimp, cleaned, opened along the back with the shells

Mix all ingredients, except for the shrimp
Place 1 tablespoon of the prepared mixture on top of each warmed shrimp seasoned with salt and black pepper
Press it well
Arrange the shrimp, with the filling facing up, on a baking sheet
Put them in a hot oven (250°C) preheated for 7 minutes or until cooked through
Let it rest for 12 hours.
