1 cardamom capsule, crushed
30 ml of strong espresso or coffee
200 ml of milk (preferably type A)

Crush the cardamom pod and mix it with prepared coffee
Bring the milk to a boil (when small bubbles appear around the edges)
Whisk the milk with an electric whisk or a creamer to aerate it
Pour the coffee into a large ceramic cup and top it with the milk foam
Serve the cappuccino immediately.
