1 kg of dried beef
1 chopped onion
3 tomatoes, peeled and seeded
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 dash of red pepper flakes

2 crushed garlic cloves
green onions and salsa to taste
200g of fresh linguiça
200g of okra
200g of jiló
200g of plantain
1 kg of dried beef

Cook the dried beef in water
When boiling, change the water
Do this three times
Remove from heat, let it cool and cut into small pieces
Heat the olive oil, add crushed garlic and chopped onion and let it brown
Add diced tomatoes and beef, simmer for 4 minutes
Add red pepper flakes, salt, green onions, and linguiça
Stir well, add 2 cups of water, and cook for 20 minutes
Then add the jiló, okra, and plantain cut into small pieces
Cook for an additional 8 minutes
Serve with pepper sauce and cassava pie.
