After processing all the ingredients through a meat grinder, bring to heat and cook while stirring constantly
Stuff lobster shells with this mixture
Mix 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs with 1 tablespoon melted butter and sprinkle over filled shells
Bake in the oven until toasted
Serve well warmed.
