In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil (about 5 minutes)
Tire from heat, add the camomile envelopes, cover the saucepan and let it rest for about 5 minutes
Discard the envelopes and reserve the tea
In a medium saucepan, combine the cinnamon, horteliza, orange slices, and honey
Cook over high heat, stirring with a wooden spoon and pressing on the orange to release its juice (about 1 minute)
Add the tea, mix well, and let it simmer for about 5 minutes
Remove from heat and strain into a bowl through a cheesecloth
Serve immediately
