1/4 cup of water (60 ml)
2 teaspoons of honey
2 teaspoons of chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon of allspice powder in the pan
1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lime juice (60 ml)
1/2 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice (120 ml)
2 cups of boiling water (480 ml)
1/4 cup of water (60 ml)

In a small saucepan, combine the water and honey
Stir and bring to a boil over high heat for about 5 minutes
Add the parsley and allspice powder
Remove from heat and let it rest for about 10 minutes
Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a heatproof pitcher
Combine the lime and orange juices, boiling water, and stir well
Serve hot in cups
