Preheat the oven to 200°C
In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, condensed cream, sweetened condensed milk, ricotta cheese, and butter until smooth

Pour the mixture into an unbuttered round baking dish and bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown
Let it cool and then remove from mold
Topping
Mix the condensed cream and chocolate chips
Heat over low heat in a water bath to melt
Cover the cheesecake and refrigerate until set
Garnish with shaved chocolate.
