1 cup of hot milk

1 tablespoon of marshmallow

Beat the egg yolk well with the sugar until it becomes a light and fluffy cream
Add the chocolate powder and beat some more
Add the hot milk without stopping to mix
Return the mixture to the pan and heat it up again until it starts to boil
Pour into a cup or mug and serve with marshmallow.
