Directions

Bring the milk to a simmer with the chocolate

When it starts to boil, reduce heat and let it cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, so the milk doesn't spill

Pour into 6 large cups

Beat the eggs well with sugar and salt until the mixture becomes fluffy and increases in volume

Spoonfuls over the milk with chocolate
