Crispy Bacon and Shrimp with Garlic Butter Sauce

    This is another super easy and flavorful recipe. Preheat your oven to a moderate temperature (170°C). Separate 4 slices of bacon, cut into strips that are 1/2 cm wide. Fry the bacon over medium heat until it's crispy. Remove any excess fat, leaving only about 2 tablespoons worth. Then, place 700g of peeled and deveined shrimp into a baking dish. Top with the cooked bacon and reserved fat. Mix well. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Bake in the oven for about 45-50 minutes, stirring occasionally. Check the seasoning and sprinkle with 1/4 cup of freshly chopped parsley. Serve alongside meats and poultry. This recipe yields 4 servings.
