1/2 cup of gray beans
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons of mustard in the grain
2 teaspoons of coriander in the grain
1/2 teaspoon of Greek oregano
1 tablespoon of sweet pepper
1 cup of fresh or dry grated coconut
1/4 cup of tamarind pulp
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric-earths (curcumin)
1 optional jalapeรฑo pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of gray beans

Heat the gray beans in a pan with water and bring to a boil
Let it rest for 15 minutes and strain. Reserve
Warm the olive oil along with mustard, coriander, Greek oregano, and sweet pepper
Fry for 3 minutes and let it cool down
Mix in a blender with gray beans, coconut, tamarind, turmeric-earths, peppers, and salt
Add 1 cup of water slowly and blend well until the gray beans are finely ground
Dish out 2 cups
