1/2 cup (90g) all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons (sopa) of wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon grated lime rind
2 cups (480ml) milk
1 large red strawberry (190g), core removed, cut into 1cm cubes
1 tablespoon (chΓ‘) of ground cinnamon (for dusting)

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy
Sift the flour over the mixture, add the lime rind and milk, and mix gently
Add the strawberries and mix well
Transfer to a shallow 22cm-diameter baking dish
Bake in the microwave at medium power until firm but still creamy on top (approximately 15 minutes)
Dust with cinnamon and serve immediately
