1 cup of shredded coconut
2 cups of sugar

Heat a pan over low heat, combining all the ingredients, and stir until the sugar dissolves completely
Cook, stirring occasionally, until you get a creamy coconut cake
Remove from heat
Place on a plate and let it cool down
Use as a filling.
