Peel the custard apples
Process in a liquidizer or grinder
Mix with confectioner's sugar and orange blossom water
Add cinnamon and one whole egg
Mix very well
Roll out the flaky dough and shape into envelopes or pastries, filling with custard apple paste
Bake in the oven until golden.
