2 bunches of collard greens
1/2 cup of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
2 bunches of collard greens

Wash the collard greens and cut them into thin strips
Put the olive oil and garlic in a pan
Season well and add the collard greens
Fry for 2 to 4 minutes
Serve.
