3/4 cup of grated melted cheese

Remove the kale leaves, cut a small piece off the stem and cook it whole in salted water with a lid on a pot for 12 to 15 minutes
Drain and place it in an ungreased baking dish
In a separate part, mix together mayonnaise or creamy salad dressing with mustard, and spread this mixture over the kale
Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for about 10 minutes until the cheese melts and starts to bubble
Let it rest for 4 to 5 servings.
