Beat 6 egg yolks and 2 whole eggs in a bowl
Gradually add the white wine, sugar, and diluted potato starch mixed with a little water; beat everything well
Place over low heat in a saucepan, stirring constantly, without letting it boil
When the cream becomes thick, it's ready
Serve warm, accompanied by biscuits.
