3 lightly beaten eggs
1 cup shredded fresh coconut (130 g)
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (90 g) sifted

Preheat the oven to 350°F (medium)
Grease a 9-inch round baking dish with butter. Reserve
In a bowl, mix condensed milk, heavy cream, and egg
Spread 1 1/2 cups of that mixture into the prepared baking dish (reserve the rest) and bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with shredded coconut
Add unsweetened cocoa powder to the reserved mixture and mix well
Pour over the coconut
Return to the oven and bake until firm (about 15 minutes)
Serve warm or at room temperature
