In a small refrigerator-proof bowl, sprinkle the water with the gelatin
Let it hydrate for about 10 minutes and then place it over low heat, stirring constantly, until the gelatin dissolves completely
In a blender, beat together the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and raspberry puree
Add the dissolved gelatin and mix well
Portion into six serving dishes and refrigerate for at least an hour or until set
Serve chilled.
