1 package of spaghetti
100g of sausage
1 kg of peeled tomatoes
1/4 cup (chopped) of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic, minced
Oregano, thyme leaves, chili flakes, salt, and grated cheese to taste

Blend the tomatoes in a blender
Strain and reserve
Add half of the olive oil and drain the tomatoes
Reduce heat, add oregano, thyme, and bay leaf, and let it simmer
Separately, cook the sausage in the remaining olive oil with parsley, paprika, onion, garlic, and chili flakes
Stir well and combine with tomato sauce
Let the sauce simmer until thickened
Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente
Drain and serve with hot sauce
Sprinkle with grated cheese
