Bring the water to a boil in a pot
Add the sweet herb and sesame seeds, then turn off the heat
After 5 minutes, drain the mixture

In a food processor, quickly process the yeast, flour, sugar, and sesame seeds

Combine the oil and cup of water, then process until the dough comes together
Knead the dough one more time until it releases from the sides
Place it on a floured surface and knead lightly
Transfer to a bowl, cover, and let rest for 30 minutes

Divide the dough into two parts and shape each one onto a pizza pan
Sprinkle with salt and thyme
Bake in a high oven at 400°F for 40 minutes
Remove and top with dried tomato.
