4 cups of cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
4 tablespoons of kirsch liqueur
1 pinch of pepper
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg

Wipe the inside of the fondue pot (the ones that can be placed on a flame) with garlic
Discard the garlic
Add wine to the pot
Aquatic
Add cheese and stir until melted
Mix in kirsch liqueur with cornstarch
Combine, stirring constantly
Season and keep warm while serving
Serve with toasted bread cubes
These cubes are placed on a fork or skewer and each guest dips their skewer into the fondue.
