2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cut in half
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
1 1/2 teaspoons of paprika
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
2 tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup of orange juice
1 red onion, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons of soy sauce (shoyu)
2 tablespoons of oil
2 oranges, peeled and cut into slices

2 tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup of orange juice
1 red onion, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons of soy sauce (shoyu)
2 tablespoons of oil
2 oranges, peeled and cut into slices
Season the chicken with salt, paprika, and sesame seeds
Preheat a large frying pan over medium heat and add the butter
Add the chicken breasts
Fry for 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown
Remove the chicken from the pan
Leave the chicken in a plate
In the same pan, sauté the red onion for 3 minutes
Add the orange juice, soy sauce, and oil to the pan
Let it simmer for 2 minutes
Combine the orange slices, chicken, and sauce
Bake in a preheated oven at medium heat for 10 minutes.
