1 cup of tomato sauce

In a pan, heat the olive oil, sauté the garlic and onion
Add the chicken with seasonings and cook thoroughly
Gradually add the white wine and stir delicately until some of it evaporates
Add the tomato sauce and cook for 10 minutes
Sprinkle chopped scallions
Serve immediately with rice
