1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
Salt and black pepper to taste

Season the chicken with salt and black pepper, then grill it in a non-stick skillet greased with olive oil
Set aside
Pour the chicken broth into a saucepan and bring it to a simmer with the rosemary for 10 minutes
Set aside
Mix together the olive oil, thyme, oregano, and apple cider vinegar
Add it to the reserved broth
Blend well and serve over the grilled chicken.
