4 ripe apricots
4 ripe pears
8 firm figs
2 Italian grapes, cut in half and seedless
1 pineapple without skin and cut into triangles
4 kiwis without skin and cut into slices
Syrup
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
10 star anise
1 tablespoon rosemary
6 cinnamon sticks
1 bottle of Moscato wine

Syrup
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
10 star anise
1 tablespoon rosemary
6 cinnamon sticks
1 bottle of Moscato wine
Wash the apricot, pear, and fig without damaging their skin
Cut them into chunks and place in a large bowl
Add grapes, pineapple, and kiwi. Reserve
Syrup
In a saucepan, combine all ingredients except for the wine
Let it simmer for five minutes
Remove from heat, add wine, and stir
Pour this syrup over the reserved fruits and mix carefully
Refrigerate for at least eight hours
If desired, serve with vanilla ice cream.
