2 tablespoons of hot catchup sauce
2 tablespoons of honey

Chop the onion and mix with ground meat and egg
Season to taste
Cover artichoke bottoms with this mixture
Mix honey and hot catchup sauce and brush over the filling
Bake in a hot oven for about 15 minutes
Serve with your preferred sauce
Cut into 4 portions.
