1/2 cup of milk
2 1/2 tablespoons of cornstarch
2 eggs
2 cups of milk
2 small prata bananas
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 cups of leftover panettone in cubes

1 Mix the milk with the cornstarch
Add the eggs and whisk until smooth
In a saucepan, warm the milk over medium heat
Pour half of the milk into the egg mixture and whisk to combine
Add the remaining milk and return to the saucepan
Over low heat, stir until slightly thickened
Remove from heat and cover with plastic wrap pressed onto the cream
Slice the bananas into thin diagonal pieces and soak in lemon juice
In four serving dishes, distribute half of the cream and top with 1/2 cup of panettone cubes
Add the banana and cover with the remaining cream
Top with the remaining panettone and refrigerate for one hour before serving.
