1 cup of concentrated passionfruit juice
1 cup of sugar
1 can of pear in syrup (400g)

Place the water and gelatin in a refrigerator dish and let it sit for one minute to hydrate the gelatin
Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring until the gelatin dissolves
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the passionfruit juice and sugar
Stir well

Pour some of the gelatin mixture into an English muffin tin to reach a height of 2 cm
Refrigerate until almost set
Arrange the pears on top, cut side up
Add more of the gelatin mixture and refrigerate until almost set
Join the remaining gelatin mixture and refrigerate until set
Unmold and serve.
