1/3 cup of milk
1 to 2 slices of whole wheat or white bread
1/2 pound of ground beef
1 beaten egg
1 tablespoon of ketchup
1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon of baking soda sauce
1 well-picked garlic toothpick
black pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1/3 cup of milk

Milk-soak the bread, squeeze out excess milk and combine with all other ingredients in a bowl
Mix well and shape into 4 to 6 hamburgers
Fry half of them in hot oil or margarine
Wrap the raw burgers in aluminum foil and freeze for frying another time
Serve the hamburgers with one of these sauces: A mixture of 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, mustard to taste, and finely chopped onion, or green onions
Or: A blend of 1/3 cup of natural yogurt, 2 tablespoons of finely chopped scallions, 1/4 teaspoon of minced garlic, 1/4 teaspoon of diced parsley, salt, and black pepper to taste.
